I'm Alexa Sanchez

I’m a Pennsylvania Realtor serving Monroe County and the Pocono Mountains, helping buyers, sellers, veterans, investors, and relocation clients make sense of real estate decisions that are rarely as simple as they look.


My job is not to tell you every house is perfect or every market is “hot.” It’s to help you understand the property, the numbers, the risks, and the options in front of you so you can make a smart decision.


I’ve served in REALTOR® leadership at the local, state, and national levels, including two terms as Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® District 4 Vice President and service on NAR’s RPAC Participation Council and Major Investor Council. In 2026, I was recognized as an NAR RPAC Hall of Fame recipient. That experience helps me connect housing policy and property rights to the decisions my clients face.


I also work with U.S. buyers exploring property ownership and relocation in the Dominican Republic, where the process, financing, taxes, and legal structure can be very different.
